- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To process equipment orders, including contacting the prescribing physician and the insurance carrier or claims administrator to verify coverage and obtain authorization.

We share information only as needed to provide equipment and services — for example with the prescribing physician, the workers’ compensation carrier, third-party administrator or auto insurer responsible for the claim, and service providers that help us operate (such as our website host and email provider) — or when required by law.

Form submissions are transmitted to our team and stored with access limited to authorized staff. Uploaded prescriptions are stored in a non-public location. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid including more medical detail than necessary in general contact messages.
