Getting that equipment through a workers’ compensation or auto claim usually involves the prescribing physician, an adjuster or claims administrator, and sometimes a nurse case manager or attorney.
That is what we specialize in. We receive the order from the physician, verify insurance coverage, obtain authorization from the carrier, deliver and set up the equipment, and submit the claim to the insurer. The patient gets the equipment they need without dealing with the paperwork.

Once authorized, we deliver the equipment to the patient, set it up and explain how to use it safely.
